If your looking for a cheap room with decent bed, hot water, and friendly staff then this is the place. They have a nice clean pool as well. Its 100% dated. But not horrible. The doors are the downfall. Its a workers motel meaning alot of traveling workers stay there. Anytime someone closes the door the entire floor hears it. Workers get ip early and go to bed late. Also go room to room to hang out and slam doors. I had my ear buds so that helped.
Location is great for places to see in Macon, Clean Hotel. Service from the employees was great! Very nice staff. Rooms were ok for the price. Breakfast is standard - one meat and eggs - I didn't eat it - went to H&H ( Go to H&H! It's awesome - you won't be sorry.
This was a good hotel. Staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable although there were some pretty heavy stains on the carpet in our bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent (not great). I would stay here again if going through the area.

Clean room, friendly staff. As a rule i avoid public pools but this one appears to be as clean as they can be. Easy access from the interstate. Thats enough for me to come back next time I'm staying in the area
I was EXTREMELY tired getting to the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. It was so clean and Nicole, at the front desk, was so lovely. She was energetic and kind and had it smelling SO good. Everything was ready for me when I got into my room and it was just what I needed to relax with my family. I didn't have to call down for anything except a wake-up call. I have stayed at other hotels in the exact same area but honestly, this Comfort Inn was the best all-around.
Hotel is nice with very friendly people. Nicole from the front desk is the best. In 11 years of travel I have never met someone so committed to make sure your stay is nice and pleasant. She was able to locate some of our missing equipment that was lost also. She is definitely why I give this hotel a 5 star review
Arkwright ave. Macon, Ga.location...this is my go to hotel now, fresh icy lemon water for customers, & homemade cookies , Oh my ! Lady at front desk 10/24/25 evening was extraordinarily helpful, kind, & professional, we need more people like her in this world ! Thank you for a most pleasant stay !
